Description or Abstract
This paper attempts to understand the issue of climate change adaptation in Egypt by focusing on governance as the main umbrella under which all players and actors tend to operate and interact. The paper presents a detailed introduction to the contexts in which climate change takes place, discussing the different settings, interventions, and factors that might be relevant to the issue.
