Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation
Since 2010, the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) has significantly expanded, establishing itself as a driving force in Egypt’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The center has scaled its programs to broaden its reach and deepen its impact. CEI has engaged 7,000+ individuals in awareness programs, supported 1,000+ students through competitions, conducted 500+ capacity-building events, hosted 200+ collaboration events, provided 2,000+ mentoring hours, and established 100+ partnerships.
CEI’s work spans four main pillars:- Women Economic Empowerment: Leading advocacy for women-led entrepreneurship in the MEA region, driving gender parity in business leadership.
- Youth Engagement: Empowering young entrepreneurs with the tools, resources, and mentorship to foster innovation and leadership.
- Governance and Ethical Leadership: Promoting strong governance structures and ethical decision-making across MSMEs, BDSs, and ventures, ensuring long-term sustainability and responsibility in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Inclusive Entrepreneurship and Mentoring: Prioritizing mentorship programs that provide guidance and support to underrepresented groups, including women and economically disadvantaged individuals.
Through its programs, CEI fosters an inclusive environment that spans multiple backgrounds and professional interests, supporting individuals in youth mentorship, business innovation, and women empowerment initiatives that bridge resource gaps across demographics.
