Abstract

The case addresses the story of an entrepreneur, Ahmed Abdou, who through perseverance and persistence was able to establish a renowned organization in the field of water purification, despite all of the hurdles he faced throughout his life. The case describes the difficulties which Ahmed Abdou faced from the time he began in business until he was able to establish an up-to-date factory meeting world-class benchmarks. The case also addresses the role of business in society, as well as the values needed in order to survive in the modern competitive world.
