Abstract

The case addresses the story of a family business, a trading company that mainly works in the field of importing abrasives and metal printing material. The company can be considered medium in size, and it is facing major challenges due to the changes in the external environment affecting businesses in Egypt. The financial manager is concerned about how to deal with the imminent danger that might affect the company’s future existence.
