[.تستكشف المقالة الجدل العربي حول الأدب والتكنولوجيا بدءاً بمؤتمر تونس حول «الأدب العربي والثورة التكنولوجية» في ١٩٧٣، مروراً بكتابات حسام الخطيب في ١٩٩٦، وانتهاءً بما أطلق عليه ﻣﺤﻤﺪ أسليم «نظرية الواقعية الرقمية» عند ﻣﺤﻤﺪ سناجلة في أوائل القرن الحالي. ثم تفحص المقالة ما تنطوي عليه «الواقعية الرقمية» عند سناجلة من تصورات للإنسان والمجتمع والعالم؛ في محاولة لاستكشاف مآل «النظرية» سياسياً، واقتصادياً، وأنطولوجياً. تعتمد المقالة في مناقشتها لهذه الجوانب الثلاثة على الآراء النظرية لحنة أرندت ونيل فرجسن ومارتن هيدجر This article explores the Arab controversy on literature and technology exemplified by the 1973 conference in Tunisia on “Arab Litera ture and the Technological Revolution,” the writings of Hossam El Khatib (1996), and what Mohammed Aslim calls “the theory of digital realism” by Mohammed Sanajleh (2007). The article examines the implications of Sanajleh’s “digital realism” for perceptions of the human, society, and the world, in an attempt to explore his theory’s political, economic, and ontological potentials. In discussing these aspects, the article draws on theoretical writings by Hannah Arendt, Niall Ferguson, and Martin Heidegger.]
