Abstract

[تناقش هذه المقالة مفهوم الاقتباس من الأدب ٳلى السينما، معتمدة فى ذلك على قصة شكاوى الفلاح الفصيح من الأدب المصري القديم التي حولها شادي عبد السلام ٳلى فيلم رواﺋﻲ قصير عام ۱۹۷۰. وتطرح المقالة تساﺅلاً عن مفهوم البلاغة فى النص وعلاقته بتلك الصرخة ضد الظلم التي دوت منذ أكثر من ٤۰۰۰ عام، ثم تتناول قراءة للفيلم السينماﺋﻲ تتيح الٳجابة عن التساﺅل الأساسي: كيف خرج الفيلم من رحم القصة؟ وتقدم المقالة قراءة للاقتباس بوصفه عملية بعث لهذه القطعة الأدبية تخرجها من حالة ثبات ٳلى حالة ديناميكية تجعل من النص القديم متناً مفتوحاً على الزمن، لا يتحقق سوى بقراءات تعيد بعثه، فتنسجه بخيوط من زمن جديد . This article explores cinematic adaptations of literary texts through Shady Abd el-Salam's short film adaptation of the ancient Egyptian narrative "The Eloquent Peasant's Complaints" (1970). It questions the concept of poetics in the text and how it constitutes a rise against oppression dating back to over 4000 years. It then offers a reading of the film that traces the adaptation of a static text into a dynamic film, an adaptation that provides a resurrection of an ancient text.]
