As a result of people's curiosity to experience what is unfamiliar and due to the exceptional interest Egyptians give to food, most of these food outlets have succeeded and many developed into big chains. Therefore, it is very interesting to know how they started, what they did when launching, and why they chose the cuisine or items they are offering. All that is covered in this 9:17 documentary presenting the examples of three successful food chains in Cairo, Egypt.
