FARD is a non profit organization working to help Syrian migrants and refugees settle in Egypt. It has implemented programs to provide financial, educational, and overall human care services. Dr Laila El Baradei, Professor of Public Administration at the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the American University in Cairo, researched and wrote about FARD's economic, political and social challenges in implementing its programs in Egypt. Her case about FARD has been chosen as a recipient of SAGE's 2021 Editor's Choice Award for Leadership. In this webinar, Dr Laila El Baradei and Ms Rasha Maati, Chairwoman of FARD NGO, will discuss FARD work and the challenges in implementing its programs in Egypt
