Abstract
At a critical time where the world is accusing the Islamic media of enticing terrorism and inveigling sectarian violence and turbulence, a research had to be conducted to study Islamic Media and unveil all ambiguities and remove all the universal question marks.
Many people believe that Islamic media are mutilated off springs of the fanatic Islamic discourse propagated at some mosques' pulpits which is aiming at alluring the Muslims towards martyrdom and paradise. They neglect all earthly deeds for more infinite and definite ones awaiting the martyrs and the blessed.
This thesis examines that concept with respect to the Egyptian society which is one of the oldest societies that embraced Islam and indeed one of the Muslim societies that due to its distinctive characteristics rely heavily on mass media to reach all its areas and spread the message desired.
