Abstract

[.تكاد الأصوات المتفائلة بمستقبل أفضل للدراسات ما بعد الكولونيالية تتفق على أهمية الأدب العربي المعاصر والدور الذي سيلعبه في دراسة إشكاليات النقد في الألفية الثالثة. تثير هذه المقالة التساؤل حول محورين في الأدب العربي قد يسهمان بشكل كبير في تغيير مسار الدراسات ما بعد الكولونيالية، وهما الطوباوية في الأدب الفلسطيني ولحظة اللقاء بالنفط في أدب دول الخليج العربي. وهذان المحوران يتوافقان مع النزعة المادية والتأثير الماركسي المتزايد للنقاد المعاصرين. فدراسة الأدب الفلسطيني والأدب الخليجي ﺗُﺤﺘِّﻢ على الباحث النظر في الظروف المادية التي كُتب فيها النص، مثل المشهد السياسي والخريطة الجغرافية وآليات الإنتاج وتوزيع الثروة As many voices within Postcolonialism call for bridging the gap between theory and praxis, questions about literary representation and cultural hegemony are being replaced with more materialist issues like territorial conflicts and environmental exploitation. This article argues that Arabic literature from Palestine and Gulf States can illustrate this Postcolonial material turn. Palestinian literature can pave the way for more fluid and inclusive definitions of material concepts like nationalism, nation-states, and borderlands. Gulf Literature, on the other hand, draws attention to the encounter between international oil companies and the natives, and the subsequent destruction of ecological systems.]
