Abstract

[تتناول هذه المقالة الاستجابة السياسية والأكاديمية والثقافية لترجمة أعمال محمود درويش إلى العبرية في المجتمع الإسرائيلي . فرغم كونه من أكثر شعراء العربية ترجمة إلى العبرية ، تثير أعماله جدلاً يتعلق بترجمتها إلى العبرية وتفسير ظلال معاني كلماته وتوظيف دلالاتها . تحاول المقالة الولوج إلى داخل المجتمع الإسرائيلي لتحليل كيفية استقباله لإنتاج درويش المترجم إلى العبرية ، خاصة ضمن النخب السياسية والثقافية والأكاديمية ، وتأثير ذلك على توجهات القارئ الإسرائيلي وعلى مسار الترجمة من العرﺑﻴﺔ إلى العبرية . وتكتسب هذه التجربة أبعادﺍً أكثر تعقيداً كون المترجم والقارئ إسرائيليين ، واللغة ﺍﻟﻤُﺘﺮجم إليها لغة المحتل القامع . This article explores reverberations of translating Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish's writings into Hebrew within Israeli society. Despite being one of the most frequently translated Arab poets into Hebrew, his works remain controversial as regards both the act of translating them into Hebrew as well as their significance and interpretations. The article delves into various layers of Israeli society to examine the reception of Darwish's poetry in Hebrew, especially among the political, cultural, and academic elite, as well as the influences of such reception on Israeli readers and on translation flows from Arabic to Hebrew, more generally.]
