Description or Abstract
Research shows that different types of music have different effects on people. Just like some songs can make us laugh, and other songs make us cry, some believe songs can actually change the way we think, and can ultimately change our behavior. Although there is much research that shows that music can improve academic performances of children, can music also help make changes within a society's culture? Can it raise awareness environmentally, socially or politically? AUC's Yara Abdellatif has the story. Audio documentary about music and its effects. Whether music has the ability to raise awareness environmentally, socially, or politically. Also, relating to the 25 January Egyptian Revolution.
