The last lecture in Fall semester 2021 in the Translation Lecture Series at the Center for Translation Studies. The Center hosted Dr Fayza Haikal, the first Egyptian woman to earn a PhD in Egyptology and the first female President of the International Association of Egyptologists. She is also the first Egyptian woman to work in Nubia during the salvage of the monuments threatened by the building of the Aswan High Dam.
