Title
Exodus and the Humanization of the Third World
Description or Abstract
The AUC Forum hosted a panel discussion entitled "Seas Don’t Part: On Exodus and the Humanization of the Third World" on Wednesday, October 28 from 3:00 to 4:30 pm. Hani Sayed, associate professor and chair of the Department of Law, discussed critical reflections and commentaries on the contemporary institutions and techniques of global governance in relation to exodus from the third world. The questions that this lecture addresses are not about what is to be done but how do we govern our world today? How did we get here? The Panel was chaired by Bahgat Korany, director of the AUC Forum.
